Making messy bun is actually one of the jobs people are always confused about. There is a huge number of posts and videos on the internet about this thing. Here are some steps to accomplish my way of making a messy bun. Easy as a pie!

STEP 1: Thoroughly come/brush your hair. Add some texture to your hair by using a dry shampoo or instead some baby powder.

STEP 2: Grab your entire hair. The higher you grab your hair, the higher your bun will be, so try getting your bun in the middle of your head. Give two tight twists to your hair on this stage.

STEP 3: Keep hold of your hair at the base (as demonstrated above in step 3) and start twisting as tight as your can. Don't worry if some hair are sticking out, it would make the bun even messier.

STEP 4: Roll your hair into a bun.

STEP 5: Tie an elastic band around your bun. It give better hold than bobby pins and makes your bun look even more effortless. If your bun is still a bit loose than your can surely use some bobby pins for extra hold.

STEP 6: Lightly take out some hair from your bun to give than perfect messy look.

Voila you're done. Now you have the ultimate messy bun.
